A perfect workday for Joe is bookended by a coffee and a glass of wine. With these priorities firmly in order, he is free to concentrate on the important stuff, namely the client experience.

As our Managing Director, Joe brings his significant strategy and management skill to each project. Having worked with both small boutique studios and larger agencies, Joe has always maintained a client-focused approach, looking to reach a solution that will satisfy all stakeholders while delivering design excellence. Also the director of a print group, Joe lends his expert eye to every print job that we deliver.

Melanie Miles
Illustrator and stylist Melanie has a finely honed designer’s eye coupled with a deep love of digital technologies, and she takes pride in always knowing about the latest innovations. The creativity of Melbourne is a constant inspiration to Melanie who is always trying something different, from making terrariums to speaking Spanish.
“Trying something new helps expand your creative thinking and ideas, which is such an important part of my role in design and direction.”
As our Creative Director, with suitably exacting standards, Melanie takes a hands-on approach to each client project, and brings her well-crafted skills in layout, typography, illustration and design, as well as a desire to always create something that feels special.
